New 10am Saturday Class!
In order to accomodate all you fanatical weekend exercisers, we'll be running an extra class every Saturday morning at 10am beginning this week (7/30!)
Reverse Hypers
We are very excited to have two new Reverse Hyper machines at the gym. These machines are unique in their ability to strengthen and stretch the back. They are great for warmups, cool downs and rehabilitation.
Save The Date: July 16th Anniversary Party!
Put it on your calendar now: to mark our second anniversary we'll be throwing the party of the summer on Saturday, July 16th! In what is now an anniversary tradition, we will be roasting an entire pig and liberal quantities of alcohol will be on hand. More details to come -- stay tuned!
