New to CrossFit?
Optional, but recommended, our free 45-minute intro session is designed to introduce you to our program, and let you try out a workout to get an idea of what you might be getting yourself into. It’s a slightly shorter version of a regular class with some extra time built in to let us get to know you a little bit, talk about your specific goals, and answer any questions you might have.
Existing CrossFitter?
Already do CrossFit, but looking for a new CrossFit home? If you’ve been attended CrossFit classes regularly for at least 6 months (or have at least that much pre-pandemic experience), you’re welcome to attend one of our regularly scheduled classes in lieu of attending an intro session.
