Free CrossFit Intro Class

Our free 45-minute intro session is designed to introduce you to our CrossFit program, and let you try out a workout to get an idea of what you might be getting yourself into. It’s a slightly shorter version of a regular class with some extra time built in to let us get to know you a little bit, talk about your specific goals, and answer any questions you might have.

Already A CrossFitter?

If you’re looking for a new CrossFit home and you’ve attended CrossFit classes regularly for at least 6 months, you’re welcome to drop in to one of our regularly scheduled classes in lieu of attending an intro session.

If you choose to join, we’ll take the drop-in price off your first month of membership: you should get an email with a discount code you can use after you attend a drop-in, please let us know if it doesn’t come through!
