We are very excited to have two new Reverse Hyper machines at the gym. These machines are unique in their ability to strengthen and stretch the back. They are great for warmups, cool downs and rehabilitation. It is another tool in our arsenal to develop powerful hip extension and advanced motor learning. Many of you are probably not familiar with this piece of equipment so here are some links to videos that should give you an idea of why we are so excited to have these. OOOOHHHHHHH SNNNAAPPP! I was wonder what the WOD was and thhogut I’d check it because I felt like doing Fran to see if I have knocked any time off my previous time. So Looks like I’m doing Fran. Hoping for a sub 3 minute Fran or a high 2 min Fran!
