Intro Specials

We’re not into long-term contracts, but we’re very into forming good habits. This is a little incentive for you to stick with it: make a 3 month commitment and get $20 off each month. If you cancel within the 3 months, you pay back what you saved ($20 in month 1; $40 in month 2.)

Three Classes Per Week

If you’re not a new athlete, or you don’t think you’re sticking around for 3 months, these memberships auto renew, but can be cancelled at the end of any month (just shoot us an e-mail by the renewal date!)

Class Cards 

We recommend sticking to at least two classes per week for best results, but if you have a wacky schedule or are juggling too many things to commit right now, you can drop in every now and again with a class card.

Spend 1-on-1 time with our world-class coaching team and unlock your full athletic potential.
Private training is available at our Brooklyn location and worldwide via video conferencing.

Single Session

Six Session Tune-Up

As a matter of philosophy, we don’t do seasonal specials, discounts for people we like better, smooth tawkers, expert negotiators, et al. Our prices reflect how much it costs to operate the gym, and everyone pays an equal share of that. 

We do offer a 10% discount to hardworking men and women of the NYPD, FDNY, EMS, Active Duty Armed Forces, full time teachers, full time students, nurses and other front line health workers 

We also offer 10% off for additional immediate family members of existing members (domestic partners are counted as immediate family.) 

Please note: 

  • Discounts can’t be combined. 
  • NYPD, FDNY, EMS, Active Duty Armed Forces, full time teachers, and health workers must provide valid ID. 
  • Students must provide ID and class schedule OR certificate of enrollment specifying full-time status of at least 12 credit hours.
