Welcome Stranger!

If you’re visiting Brooklyn, welcome! If you’re a local, hey neighbor! We’d love to have you stop by for a class. 


A reservation is required, as our classes especially at prime pre- and post-work hours do fill up. 

A Few Drop-In Policies

  • We ask that all drop-ins have completed more than 3 months of regular CrossFit class attendance (at least twice a week).
  • We’re not able to offer Open Gym hours at this time.
  • If you’re a visiting Regionals or Games-level CrossFit athlete who would like to drop in, please e-mail us to make training arrangements at [email protected].
  • All visitors are subject to our House Rules.

Please note that class reservations open 24 hours in advance, so you won’t be able to book until then!
