On Friday, October 30th, CrossFit Virtuosity and CrossFit Long Island City will be holding the first annual Halloween Zombie Run, a 2.5 mile haunted jaunt from Brooklyn to Long Island City. The after-party, hosted by CrossFit LIC, will begin at 8pm.

On Saturday October 17th, we'll be hosting a running seminar with Coach Brian Harkins of CrossFit Endurance NYC. The seminar will teach you how to run more efficiently, and improve your CrossFit times, as well as your 5K, triathlon, marathon, and other running results. Proper technique can also help to prevent common running injuries.
Morning classes will begin this Monday, September 21st at 7.30am, and run weekday mornings at 7.30am indefinitely. Stop by and get your workout in before work!
