It's been quite a ride, but we're settling in at 98 Bayard little by little. We hope you've noticed various improvements along the way! Due to various city rules and regulations our larger building project promises to take a lot longer than we would like, but rest assured it is in the works!

We're changing up the way athletes get started at CFV: starting December 1st, we're loosening the reins a bit and removing the On Ramp requirement for new athletes.

November 1st, 2013 — New York, NY — Keith the Panda (also known as Coach Panda) has been released back into the wild after years of captivity. Keith was raised in Manhattan at CrossFit NYC and then moved to Brooklyn to CrossFit Virtuosity.

If you haven't heard... we're moving! Come get in a "pick things up and put things down" workout, help us out, hang out with our awesome community, and be a part of CFV history!

Come celebrate the last day of dropping weights in our beloved North 8th Street space and raise money for Barbells for Boobs breast cancer screening services!

We are excited to officially announce that we will be moving Saturday and Sunday October 26-27th.  Our new address beginning Monday October 28th will be 98 Bayard Street, Brooklyn, NY 11222.  You will be able to take a lovely 5-minute stroll along the park from our current location to our new location.
