Shiny New Things
After giving it a great deal of thought, we've decided that starting October 1, we will post only one Workout Of the Day ("WOD") that will be done in all classes.

We'll be hosting another CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Course November 26-27th!
Sunday WOD!
Beginning next Sunday, we'll be running a 10am class led by the indomitable Mr. Kurt Tullar! This will be an All Levels class. Open Gym will continue to run Sundays from 11am-1pm.
Adopt A Mat!
We have a dream... of covering the entire gym floor with a clean, cushy layer of rubber matting. Unfortunately the rubber barons of the world have made this an expensive proposition, so we're asking you to help us out! For as little as $50 you can call a piece of the BBC your own!
Free Back Health Class with Esther Gokhale
This Thurdsay, September 22nd at 1:30pm, we're happy to welcome Esther Gokhale, author of, "8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back" back to the Brooklyn Barbell Club for a free lesson on how to improve your back health.
Labor Day Schedule Change
On Monday, September 5th we'll be running a Sunday schedule for Labor Day: all regular classes will be canceled, and we'll run a single Open Gym session from 11am-1pm.
