We’re happy to welcome back Esther Gokhale, author of, “8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back” to the Brooklyn Barbell Club for a free lesson on how to improve your back health.  This should be invaluable for anyone who has experienced back pain — which, given how often we see the kind of deadlift pictured, we’re willing to bet is almost all of you!

    omg, my back hurts just looking at that photo! maybe if this proves popular, you can offer it again at a time we 9-5 working stiffs can make it.
