Starting Monday October 3rd: Extra Credit
As part of our endless quest for virtuosity, we are piloting a new Extra Credit program in October. This program allows qualifying athletes to complete extra programming designed to help them become stronger, more well-rounded, and more indestructible!

Starting Monday October 3rd: Weekday Class Schedule Changes
Beginning Monday, October 3rd, we will be amending our 8am and 8:30pm Level 2, and Competition class schedule. Please read on for the new schedule!
Starting Sunday October 2nd: Open Gym Schedule Change
Beginning Sunday, October 2nd, we'll be rescheduling and expanding Sunday Open Gym hours to 11am-1pm!
Sunday October 16th: The Virtuosity Games!
We're excited to announce the second annual Virtuosity Games! On Sunday, October 16th we'll be throwing an in-house team competition for YOU: all Level 2 athletes are encouraged to participate. No prior competition experience is required!
Saturday August 27th – Sunday August 28th: Schedule Changes
The weekend of August 27th we'll be throwing our annual Brooklyn Barbell Open and Street Fair! To allow this to happen, we are rearranging the class schedule. Please come join us for a workout in the park, and then stop by the gym to support our weightlifters and check out the street fair!
