Sunday October 16th: The Virtuosity Games!
We’re excited to announce the second annual Virtuosity Games! On Sunday, October 16th we’ll be throwing an in-house team competition for YOU: all Level 2 athletes are encouraged to participate. No prior competition experience is required!
Teams will be comprised of two people of the same gender (MM or FF combo accepted.) Best Male Team and Best Female Team will be crowned!
There will be 3 different ARNIE-THEMED workouts (don’t be overwhelmed!) with judges, winners, PRs, sweat, grunts, smiles, and most likely some no reps thrown in here and there. We guarantee a day full of fun and fitness to be had by all! Please find details below, but more info to come!

60 Synchronized Burpees
50 Synchronized Deadlifts, 185/115/75#
40 Synchronized Wall Ball, 20/14/10# to 10/9/9′
30 Synchronized Pull-Ups / Ring Rows
