To all of you who train with us: Thank you for letting us guide you on this crazy fitness journey, and share in your victories as you get stronger and fitter, reimagine what your body is capable of doing, and accomplish goals both large and small. Thank you for the days you come in full of energy, give us your best effort and let us watch you shine, and thank you for the days you come in tired, stressed, or anxious and let us help you sweat some of that out. Thank you for being a part of the most amazing, diverse, fun, and caring community around. We never stop feeling incredibly lucky that each and every one of you for some reason decided to walk through our front door. And thank you for all the times you say thank you: your appreciation means the world to us. We are so grateful that you give us the opportunity every day to do our dream job.

Starting Friday December 2nd: Basic Training

Join our Drill Sergeants Blanco and Mike Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:30pm beginning 12/2 for tough love workouts inspired by special forces training! This extra-sweaty hour is the perfect counterpoint to a holiday cookie, cake, or pie addiction, and/or an overly-developed seasonal alcohol habit.
