New Athlete 6-Week New Year’s Challenge!

Start 2017 off right with an investment in your health and fitness! We’re looking for 20 dedicated new athletes to participate in a 6-week fitness and nutrition challenge beginning Saturday, January 7th.


The Program

The goal of this program is to start you on the journey towards overall optimal health and fitness. It is not a weight loss challenge per se, although many people will experience weight loss. We aim to help you form new diet and exercise habits that will develop a healthy metabolism and set you up for sustainable success. Our approach is holistic: in addition to diet and exercise, we will discuss recovery practices, sleep, and stress management.

No base level of fitness or prior workout experience is required!

The Commitment

  • Attend 3 scheduled training sessions per week.
  • Attend scheduled training sessions for the full 6-week program. The first few weeks will be very challenging: athletes must be ready to push through this in order to see results!
  • Follow our nutrition plan: this is critical for success.
  • Work with a coach: each athlete will be mentored by one of our world-class coaches, who will be carefully monitoring your progress.


Price: $250 (2 weeks free!)
Training Commitment: 3 scheduled hourlong sessions per week for 6 weeks.
Nutrition Commitment: Follow a Whole30 diet for 6 weeks.
Pre-Requisites: There is absolutely no pre-requisite fitness level: all we require is that you are committed to working hard and being stronger, fitter, and healthier!


Orientation (All Sessions): Saturday January 7th, 11am-1pm
Graduation (All Sessions): Saturday February 18th, 11am
Morning Session: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7am + Saturdays 11am from 1/7-2/18
Evening Session: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30pm + Saturdays 11am from 1/7-2/18

Make-Ups: Athletes can make up a maximum of 3 missed sessions over the 6 weeks by attending another session the same day.

The Whole30 diet is a nutritional reset, designed to help you put an end to unhealthy cravings and habits, restore a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract, and balance your immune system. Do I have to participate in the nutrition portion of the challenge?
We recommend participation for best results, but if you have significant dietary restrictions or other concerns, we will work with you! Please shoot your specific questions to [email protected], or discuss them with your coach in person during orientation.

What Happens Afterwards?
Athletes that have completed the 6-week challenge should continue to train in our CrossFit Level 1 program.
