1:00 Corpse Carry (100m Sandbag Shuttle Sprints)
1:00 Goblin Squats (Pumpkin Goblet Squats)
1:00 Witches Flight (Prowler Push)
1:00 Zombie Apocalypse (Burpee Box Jumps)
Costumes are highly encouraged but not required. Prizes will be awarded for best male, female, and team costume!
This is a free event, and everyone is welcome: no CrossFit experience is required. All ages and athletic abilities can participate – bring your friends and family!
12:30 PM: THE AFTER-PARTY
Post-workout, we’ll be heading over to Northern Bell for brunch and beverages.

Rise Youth Athletics provides fitness instruction and mentoring to inner city kids. Our goal is to provide a positive framework and community to help kids grow into strong, healthy individuals both physically and mentally. Kids learn life lessons in a supportive environment, discovering what they’re capable of, pushing themselves to work hard, and striving for something greater.
Personal health is a strong platform for future development; by giving them the right tools and encouragement, we can make a difference in the lives of individual kids and begin to create change on a larger scale. The future of America rests with our youth.
