The magic is back! This year's prom will be bigger, better, and more debaucherous than last year's (and that's really saying something!)
Our first Kids Free Intro Class will take place on Sunday April 21st! This is a great chance for parents to check out what we do and for your young athlete to get a taste of CrossFit: while the kids are doing a fun little workout, we'll cover the basics of CrossFit Kids and answer questions for you, the adults.
We've added a bunch of new classes starting this month! We now offer 8AM All Levels classes daily Monday-Friday, an 8:30PM All Levels class on Wednesday, and 12PM All Levels classes on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please note the following changes to our regular class schedule over the weekend of April 6th - 7th, due to a CrossFit Kettlebell Trainer Course. We apologize for any inconvenience!
On Saturday we'll be hosting the 2013 NYC Open: stop by to cheer on NYC's top athletes as they take on 13.3 at 11am! Due to this event, All Levels class will take place at 2pm and 3pm (instead of 10/11am,) and Fundamentals is cancelled.
Weights are fun, but do you know enough about just moving your body? Want to work on your handstand or muscle up? Come to our Gymnastics for Crossfitters seminar on Sunday, March 24th!
We'll be hosting a CrossFit Therapy Ball Workshop Saturday, April 13th!
Please note: 10am and 11am classes are relocated to McCarren Park track, and all other classes are cancelled over the weekend of March 16th - 17th! There will be an Open Gym session at 6pm on Sunday.
