Weights are fun, but do you know enough about just moving your body? Want to work on your handstand or muscle up? Come to our Gymnastics for Crossfitters seminar! For two hours, Chazz and Kurt will work with you to feel at home on the rings and upside down.
We will cover the components of the muscle up, how to scale it, break it down and do more in a row. After the rings, we’ll get upside down, both on the wall and freestanding. Wrapping up the seminar will be working on the handstand (technically headstand) pushup, including how to scale and kip.
This intensive is suitable for CrossFitters of all levels of experience.
