Spring Whole30 Paleo Challenge Cash Out!
The paleo challenge cash out will take place during all L2 classes on Friday, May 23rd and all L1 classes on Thursday, May 22nd. L1 members who are participating in the challenge may attend any L2 class on Friday if they aren't able to make it on Thursday. L2 members who can't make it on Friday may attend any L1 class on Thursday.

Saturday, May 17th, 1-4pm, Stop by the southernmost tip of McCarren Park (at Bayard and Union) the playing fields side of McCarren Park (enter at Driggs and Lorimer) with a paleo food or beverage of your choice, and mingle with the other excellent people of CFV!
Memorial Day Schedule Changes
On Monday, May 26th we'll be celebrating Memorial Day with a traditional "Murph", followed by cider and wings at Battery Harris! Level 1 and Level 2 classes will meet at 10am and 11am -- you may attend at either time regardless of your level. All other classes are cancelled.
