WODs with Friends (and Wine!)
THIS Friday, April 7th, bring a friend to any Level 2 class: we'll be doing a fun, non-technical workout that everyone can enjoy! And after class, stick around to drink some wine -- we figure this'll mostly be for the evening classes, but we'll have some mimosas on hand too just in case you want to rope your friends into 6am class followed by boozy breakfast 😉

She didn’t get her first ring muscle-up until the Open in 2015, 7 years after starting CrossFit. :: Wish For The 2017 Open: Heavy, heavy Olympic lifts. Her one rep maxes? Back Squat: 305; Clean and Jerk: 230; Snatch: 190. :: Loves Most About The Open: Competing – for real! Morgan’s fighting for one of three slots on the CrossFit Queens regional competition team. So far, she's holding her own: for 17.3, she finished 11 rounds and 9 pull-ups and ranked 56th in the North East region.

Please note: Basic Training will be on HIATUS for the duration of the Open (through March 24th) -- both Wednesday and Friday 6:30pm classes will be CrossFit Level 2 during this time!
