Starting Strength classes begin tonight at The Brooklyn Barbell Club. Register now. Starting Strength is a tried and true program for developing functional strength and putting on usable muscle. It was developed by Mark Rippetoe, a strength and conditioning coach from Texas with over 30 years of lifting and coaching experience. The program is simple and effective. Labor Day: 11am Workout & BBQ!
This Monday, September 7th (Labor Day) regular classes are CANCELED. Instead, we'll be having an 11am workout followed by BBQ and beers on the BBC "beach" (i.e. in the parking lot 😉 Stop by and join us!
Lunchtime Classes Start Tuesday, September 8th!
Starting Tuesday, September 9th, we're adding a lunchtime class at 12.30pm Monday - Friday. Time for all you flex workers to get on down here!
Fight Gone Bad 4 Training Sessions
In preparation for September 26th's FGB charity event, we'll be holding three training sessions. We'll be going over strategy, reviewing movements, and trying out some FGB-style workouts in preparation for the main event!
Foundations: Now Monday & Friday at 7pm
