Beat The Streets Event Rescheduled!
Our Beat The Streets event will now take place this SUNDAY, 5/15 at 10am. Open Gym will be rescheduled this week, and will take place from 1-3pm.

Please note: Open Gym this Sunday, May 1st, will be rescheduled to 6pm in order to allow for full recovery after CrossFit Prom.
On Sunday, May 15th at 10am we'll be throwing a workout / BBQ / fundraising extravaganza in support of our new Steve's Club NYC program! All donations go directly to training specific kids and teens in tough neighborhoods to get them off the streets and into CrossFit. This is a great cause and should be a lot of fun!
Please Note: This weekend (May 7-8th) we will be hosting a CrossFit Level 1 Certification Seminar, which unfortunately means that the gym will be unavailable for our normal 11am weekend classes. Therefore, the following schedule changes will apply.
As you may be aware, CrossFit has extended the deadline for week 1's CrossFit Games Open workout, giving us an extra week to complete the first event! This means that the remaining 5 events will be pushed back a week.
Please note that due to a conflict with the 2011 CrossFit Games Open events, our Saturday Free Intro Classes will be rescheduled to 11am for the next 6 weeks (3/19 through 4/23.)

Join Team Virtuosity!! If you can complete most of the CrossFit benchmark workouts (Fran, Helen, Cindy, et al.) as Rx'd, we need YOU on our team! There will be no scaling of the Open events, but we expect them to be on par with the benchmarks in terms of difficulty. If you're not sure whether you can/should participate, come talk to us and we will tell you!
