We'll be hosting another CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Course November 26-27th!
Beginning next Sunday, we'll be running a 10am class led by the indomitable Mr. Kurt Tullar! This will be an All Levels class. Open Gym will continue to run Sundays from 11am-1pm.

This Thurdsay, September 22nd at 1:30pm, we're happy to welcome Esther Gokhale, author of, "8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back" back to the Brooklyn Barbell Club for a free lesson on how to improve your back health.
On Monday, September 5th we'll be running a Sunday schedule for Labor Day: all regular classes will be canceled, and we'll run a single Open Gym session from 11am-1pm.
The bad news: we're bumping up our prices. The good news: we're giving you the opportunity to lock in your membership at current rates.
On Saturday, September 17th we'll be throwing our biggest Fight Gone Bad fundraiser yet! This event raises money for The Special Operations Warriors Foundation, CrossFit Kids, and Camp Patriot.
