We're starting a 30-day Nutrition Challenge on Saturday May 13th! We're adding a new twist to things this time: we're going to give you the option of doing the Whole30 (great for first-timers!) OR eating Whole30-ish, identifying one bad eating habit that you have, and using this 30 day period to break it.
To help you eat more delicious, healthy veggies, we've teamed up with Square Roots to offer you locally grown, GMO-free, pesticide-free leafy greens delivered every Friday to the gym!
We're looking for a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic people person to join our front desk team! This is a great opportunity to gain a ton of experience working in the fitness industry. The right candidate will be a self-starter who's excited to learn about the inner workings of a CrossFit gym and thinks it would be fun to get to figure out and implement new ways to make Virtuosity ever better!
On Monday, May 29th we'll be celebrating Memorial Day with a traditional "Murph", followed by cider and wings at Battery Harris! Level 1 and Level 2 classes will meet at 10am and 11:30am -- you may attend at either time regardless of your level. All other classes are cancelled.
Coach Morgan and Coach Ariel have BOTH qualified to participate in the Team competition at the 2017 CrossFit Games East Regional!

Beginning Monday, March 13th, we will be amending our Free Intro, morning Olympic Weightlifting, 8:30pm Level 2, and CrossFit Level 3 schedule. Please read on for the details!
Please note: Basic Training will be on HIATUS for the duration of the Open (through March 24th) -- both Wednesday and Friday 6:30pm classes will be CrossFit Level 2 during this time!
