Please join Coach Elasti a/k/a Elizabeth Wipff for a 2.5-hour mobility workshop this Saturday. Elasti will get you all limbered up and rolled out and turn you into supple leopard.

We're happy to announce that we will be hosting the CrossFit Endurance Trainer Course from July 28th-29th 2012.
We'll be hosting another CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Course June 23rd-24th!
We heard you when you said that our evening classes have become somewhat crowded. In an effort to take some of the heat off the evening classes, we're adding a bunch more classes in April.
Starting in April, we'll be offering a new Fundamentals class on Saturdays at noon. This class is designed to take things a bit more slowly, and give you a chance to get really comfortable with the various movements we use most often in CrossFit.
This Saturday we will unexpectedly be hosting the NYC Open Series again, this time for CrossFit Games Open workout 12.4! Therefore, regularly scheduled 10am and 11am classes will be rescheduled to 1pm and 2pm respectively. Free Intro class will proceed as usual at noon.
