Several auspicious events are scheduled for the weekend of May 31st: not only will Team Virtuosity be battling it out at the CrossFit Games Northeast Regional competition, but our very own Matt Bernstein (a.k.a. Chazz Michael Michaels) will be tying the knot! In light of this confluence of joyful happenings (and subsequent shortage of coaching staff,) we are adjusting our class schedule slightly.

Our Friday class schedule will change to summer hours beginning Friday, June 6th. This new Friday schedule moves all classes back one hour.

Team Virtuosity will be competing at The CrossFit Games North East Regionals at Reebok HQ in Canton, MA from Friday, May 30th through Sunday, June 1st!  They would love it if you'd come cheer for them, and watch a whole bunch of other crazy-athletic people throw down (not to mention hang out in the luxurious CFV tent!)

Saturday June 21st is the official date for the party of the year. Get it into those calendars! Details will be released soon...

The paleo challenge cash out will take place during all L2 classes on Friday, May 23rd and all L1 classes on Thursday, May 22nd. L1 members who are participating in the challenge may attend any L2 class on Friday if they aren't able to make it on Thursday. L2 members who can't make it on Friday may attend any L1 class on Thursday.

Team Virtuosity needs YOU to help us win the 2014 Subway Series! Our 3-year winning streak was broken last year when we lost in a close final event to Staten Island CrossFit. We must have our revenge! Find two awesome friends and register an open team to do Virtuosity proud!

Saturday, May 17th, 1-4pm, Stop by the southernmost tip of McCarren Park (at Bayard and Union) the playing fields side of McCarren Park (enter at Driggs and Lorimer) with a paleo food or beverage of your choice, and mingle with the other excellent people of CFV!

On Monday, May 26th we'll be celebrating Memorial Day with a traditional "Murph", followed by cider and wings at Battery Harris! Level 1 and Level 2 classes will meet at 10am and 11am -- you may attend at either time regardless of your level. All other classes are cancelled.

Beginning Monday, April 28th, we will be combining 5:30pm and 8:30pm Level 1 classes and running one 7:30pm class in their place!
