Feeling stiff? Still having problems with the overhead squat? Maybe it’s time to work on your mobility and flexibility. Panda and Elasti will be running a 4-week mobility & flexibility intensive in January to help you out!

Lockers!
As part of our ongoing quest for a cleaner, tidier gym, and in response to an increasing number of members and corresponding amount of stuff to be stored, we are moving to a locker system for longer-term shoe and equipment storage.
Thursday Morning Gym Closing
The following classes will be cancelled this Thursday, January 19, 2012 due to a private event: 7am 12:30pm 4:30pm Lab hour. The gym will reopen at 5:30pm for regularly scheduled evening classes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
