‘Tis the season for giving! We are collecting coats to support the New York Cares Coat Drive today through December 31st.
18.7% of NYC families live in poverty, many in need of winter coats. In 2010, New York Cares collected and distributed 58,000 winter coats to low-income New Yorkers. They hope to gather 100,000 coats this year.
Help meet this goal by digging through your closet, finding your old coats, and bringing them to the gym. We will have a large box set up outside of the office windows for you to deposit the coats.
