Please note the following schedule changes for Thanksgiving week!
It Starts With Food

Squat-A-Thon
Use your ass to do some good! We are hosting a Squat-A-Thon to raise money for the American Red Cross to help victims of hurricane Sandy. Please click on our fundraising page to donate.
Shhhh!
We have been asked very nicely to keep the weight dropping to a minimum. Please try to be as neighborly as possible and try not to drop weights unless absolutely necessary. We understand that this will impact some of our training goals and we are searching for creative solutions in noise reduction. In the meantime try to be really awesome at gymnastics. See below for inspiration.
Schedule Changes November 10th-11th
Please note: all morning classes and open gym sessions will be canceled and replaced by 6pm class over the weekend of November 10th-11th!
Normal Schedule Resumes!
As of today, Thursday 11/1, we're back to a normal class schedule EXCEPT there will be NO 8:30pm class today or tomorrow. All other classes are as usual!
