Starting Tuesday September 22nd: Babysitting Pilot Program!
As part of our ongoing quest to provide our members with the best possible gym experience, we are piloting a babysitting service. On Wednesdays and Fridays from 5-7:30pm, we will now have a babysitter available for kids ages 2-10.
Starting Saturday, October 24th: Master The Muscle-Up
Is your lack of muscle-up ability holding you back from going Rx? Our latest CFV muscle-up seminar is about to change your workout. Whether you've got one muscle-up (but would love to replicate the experiment), you are close, or are just dreaming about them, this seminar will put you on track by addressing the basic progressions; chin-ups, dips, and the transition.
September & October: Join The CrossFit Team Series!
Exciting news: the weeks of September 7th and October 5th will be team workout extravaganzas! We'll be running the CrossFit Team Series -- gather your three strongest friends and register today!
Saturday October 31st: Trick-or-Treat Throwdown!
We’re throwing a workout costume party on Saturday, October 31st: in the place of all classes we'll be running a day of Halloween-themed workouts! Teams of three athletes (two men and one woman per team) will compete in three workouts. Costumes are highly suggested -- do your own thing or coordinate with friends on a team costume! The event is FREE, but please register your team so that we can plan appropriately!
Monday September 14th: 2015 Back To School Paleo Challenge
It's the end of summer drinking season: time to get back in the paleo swing of things with our Back To School Whole30 Paleo Challenge! We're tossing the sugar, grains, and alcohol for 30 days of clean livin' during the month of September -- join us!
