Would you like to be a faster, more efficient runner? Avoid common running injuries? Perhaps improve your times on CrossFit workouts like Helen, Nancy, Michael, or Murph? Summer's the perfect time to work on your running technique! To that end, we're offering running seminars with Coach Kurt in July and August.
On Monday, July 4th we will be running a holiday schedule for Independence Day. All regular classes will be canceled. The gym will be open from 11am-1pm for Open Gym. In the event of good weather, we will be BBQ-ing post-Open-Gym -- feel free to bring along your favorite grill-able foods!
Please Note: This weekend (July 9-10th) we will be hosting a CrossFit Football Trainer Course, which unfortunately means that the gym will be unavailable for our normal 11am weekend classes.

Take note! Our new summer schedule will take effect beginning June 1st. It will run through September 1st.
Please note that on Monday May 23rd ALL CrossFit classes will meet at McCarren Park track instead of at the gym. The track is located at N12th Street and Roebling Street, a few blocks north of the gym.
