Feeling stiff? Still having problems with the overhead squat? Maybe it’s time to work on your mobility and flexibility. Panda and Elasti will be running a 4-week mobility & flexibility intensive in January to help you out!
'Tis the season for giving! We are collecting old coats to support the New York Cares Coat Drive today through December 31st.
As part of our ongoing quest for a cleaner, tidier gym, and in response to an increasing number of members and corresponding amount of stuff to be stored, we are moving to a locker system for longer-term shoe and equipment storage.
We'll be hosting another CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Course February 18-19!
