We'll be hosting another CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Course September 1st-2nd!
On Monday, May 28th we'll be running a Sunday schedule for Memorial Day. CrossFit classes will meet at 10am and 11am for a traditional Memorial Day "Murph." At noon we'll have an Open Gym session, during which we will also be drinking and grilling -- bring by some meat to throw on the BBQ!
Come spend an afternoon practicing (and perfecting!) proper kettlebell technique with Coach Kurt. This 2.5-hour kettlebell intensive workshop will help you to improve your form, lift more weight, and become a more confident swinger.

Favorite WOD or Movement: I don't have a favorite workout. I think they're all very challenging. The same goes for movements - I've never found one that I like over another. I know I'm good at bodyweight movements (like air squats, pushups, pull ups), but I wouldn't necessarily say they are my favorite.
Please join Coach Meatbag a/k/a Jay Hachadoorian for a 3-hour running workshop Saturday, May 5th. During the workshop you’ll drill correct running technique, and learn how to train most efficiently.

Favorite Workout: Diane (21/15/9 reps for time: Deadlift [225#], HSPUs), because it incorporates deadlifts and handstand pushups - two of my favorite movements! That said, I injured my shoulder a year ago and haven't been able to do the HSPUs as well as I used to.
