No better time for CrossFit Kids Virtuosity! We are now registering 3-5 year olds and 6-12 year olds for our Monday and Wednesday classes.
Please note the following schedule changes for the 4th of July week / weekend!
Join us after your workout this Wednesday (6/19) at Battery Harris for $3 pints of cider and $5/lb wings (CrossFit special!) We'll be hanging out 7pm onward.
There will be NO 9am class this Wednesday, June 12th due to a photo shoot. All other classes will proceed as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Please note that all morning classes are cancelled and replaced by 5pm and 6pm All Levels class on Sunday, June 9th due to necessary rehabilitation of the gym and ourselves following CrossFit Prom (aka Party of the Year.) We highly recommend that you attend Prom to ensure that you will definitely not miss Sunday morning class!
Coach Elasti will be running a Yoga Tune Up® (YTU) Workshop Saturday, June 15th -- learn how to take care of yourself!
We have almost completed our first six week session of CrossFit Kids! Couldn’t make it last time? Ready to get your young athlete started? Sign up today for classes starting Wednesday June 12.

How have you changed since starting CrossFit Virtuosity? I think we all know how our body can change if we stick to a CrossFit lifestyle and the physical rewards this sport alone can pay us. But what is important that some underestimate is how it affects you in ways where other fitness regimens don't. The community is awesome, the atmosphere is great, and the people, well they are fabulous too. It is pretty cool to be able to leave work and head to the gym to for a couple hours to get in your training but also hang with good people who push you to be a better person and athlete.
The magic is back! This year's prom will be bigger, better, and more debaucherous than last year's (and that's really saying something!)
