Sunday, July 5th: 2015 JACINTO STORM

jacintoWe’ll be celebrating July 4th weekend with a traditional “Jacinto Storm”. For those of you who don’t know, Jacinto is an NYC CrossFit legend — the fittest 75-year-old around!  He turns 76 on July 3rd; we’ll be completing his birthday WOD on the 5th!

If you’ve never experienced the JACINTO STORM before, get ready for some fond memories. Here’s what you’re in for:

For Time:
76 Double Unders
76 Squats
76 Push-Ups
76 Pull-Ups (or Ring Rows)
76 Wall Ball Shots, 20/14
76 Kettlebell Swings 1.5p/1p
76 Deadlifts 95/65
76 Double Unders

We will run two classes for this at 10am and 11am. All levels may attend both sessions. All other classes on July 5th will be cancelled. Weightlifters may lift quietly on the platforms from 10am-12pm.
