Sign Up Now: July Olympic Weightlifting Intensive!
Here’s your chance to put some polish on your Olympic lifts: we’re offering a month-long intensive on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk!
Throughout July, lucky participants will spend eight 90-minute classes with Coach Keith drilling these lifts from every imaginable angle. We’ll cover the movements in detail, break things down, and analyze your technique on video to help you get a good sense of where you’re going wrong and how you can improve your lift mechanics.
Olympic Weightlifting is acknowledged by athletes far and wide as a potent and effective tool in training for speed and power. Unfortunately many athletes and trainers shy away from using the lifts due to the complexity of the movements, and many athletes never reach their full potential in these lifts due to faulty mechanics.
Don’t let yourself become another second-rate-snatch sob story — sign up today! There are no minimum requirements: athletes of all levels are welcome. This class will be capped at 15 participants.
Class Schedule
Every Tuesday and Thursday in July from 8:30 – 10pm.

Awesome! I’m in if it’s OK to miss the first class.
I’m in!
Look how happy that girl is OHS. How can I not want to be that happy! I’m in!
I think that “girl” is at the bottom of the snatch. Last I checked, there’s no OHS lift in the olymipcs 😉
thats why I’m taking the class…i cant tell an OHS from the bottom of a snatch…
or a “girl” from a Canadian Olympian….although I’m not sure the class is going to help with that…
Damn. Wish I could take this. Looks like I’ll be in town in July but Tuesday nights are my radio show. Hope this happens again, but not on tuesdays.
Great stuff!
Ok, we all know Paul is not supposed to have a rack, but hosently, must we draw attention to the fact that I don’t have a rack??? The photo of Tina above is reminder enough. Talk about adding insult to injury!
