Saturday June 25th: Celebrate Pride!

prideStop by on Saturday, June 25th during any Level 2 class for our annual “Pride” WOD to celebrate NYC Pride! Level 1 members who would like to participate in this event are welcome to attend a Level 2 class on Saturday. We welcome visiting CrossFitters to participate as well!

This event will benefit Equality Florida’s Pulse Victim’s Fund. We’ll be collecting cash donations on Saturday, or you can donate directly to the fund online. We suggest a $20 donation.

CrossFit Virtuosity will donate an additional $5 for every athlete who attends on Saturday!

200m Skipping
6 Bend & Snaps (a/k/a Kettlebell Snatches) each arm, 53/35lbs
28 Thrusters (of course!), 65/45lbs
69ft Double Medicine Ball Carry, 2x20lbs
6 Bend & Snaps (a/k/a Kettlebell Snatches) each arm, 53/35lbs
28 Good Mornings, 65/45lbs
69ft Bear Crawl

Please dress (in)appropriately: short shorts and glitter are suggested.

AFTERPARTY

We will celebrate with brunch and drinks at Northern Bell after the workout!
