New Year, New Classes!

clockPlease note the following adjustments to our class schedule beginning 1/1/14!

  • Due to lacklustre attendance, we will no longer offer weekday 8am or 8:30pm Level 2 classes.
  • There will be an additional Level 2 class on both Saturday and Sunday at 1pm.
  • Weekend Level 1 classes will now meet on Saturday and Sunday at 11am (there will no longer be a 10am Level 1 on Saturday.)
  • There will be an additional Olympic Weightlifting session on Saturday afternoons from 3-4:30pm.  You will need to sign into this class, but the monthly Oly surcharge will not increase.
  • We will be adding additional weekday Level 1 classes soon — stay tuned!

This makes the class schedule as follows:

  • Level 1: Tuesday and Thursday at 7am, 5:30pm, 8:30pm; Saturday and Sunday at 11am.
  • Level 1 Test Out: Saturday at 1pm.
  • Level 2: Weekdays at 6am, 7am, 9am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm; Weekends at 10am, 11am, noon, and 1pm.
  • Olympic Weightlifting: Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm; Saturday at 3pm.
  • Powerlifting: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7pm.
  • Lab Hour: Weekdays at 4:30pm (please remember that this is a time to work on strength and skill ONLY — please come to class to WOD!)
  • Open Gym: Sundays at 2pm.

Reminder: this is the general schedule, but please always check the blog for changes!  The first class on 1/1/14 will be at 12:30pm — have a great New Year’s Eve!
