Weights are fun, but do you know enough about just moving your body? Want to work on your handstand or muscle up? Starting the week of June 23rd, Monday’s 5:30pm Level 2 class will be Gymnastics with Chazz!
The programming for this class WILL NOT be the regularly scheduled WOD — Chazz will be drilling gymnastics skills instead.
This is part of our fledgling gymnastics program — we will be expanding it based on interest level!
