Mobility Tool Kit: Shoulders will use yoga, corrective exercise, and myofascial release movements inspired by Yoga Tune Up® and Mobility WOD to tackle the shoulder mobility and flexibility issues that challenge good position in movements like the clean & jerk, snatch, handstand push-up, and pull-up and make us susceptible to injury. We will also look at the relationship of the shoulder and arm to the midline and explore ways to move more efficiently and more powerfully.
Leave with a greater understanding of shoulder mechanics and with a Tool Kit of exercises that can be used to pre-workout to access better position or post-workout to speed recovery and get you back to the gym faster!
