CrossFit Virtuosity Oly Series: The Clean & Jerk

Come spend an afternoon learning, training, and gaining confidence in the clean & jerk during this 2-hour intensive! Work side by side with athletes of all levels as the clean and jerk are broken down individually, and then put back together again!

Joey and Blanco will lead you through basic clean and jerk techniques, as well as some advanced training methods. By the end of the day, you will have a better understanding of each movement as well as how to combine the two!

This intensive is suitable for athletes of all levels of experience.
