In this workshop we will use Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls, corrective exercise, mobility, breathing practices, and techniques for down regulation & deep rest to help athletes with their own Essential Recovery.

Mobility, self-care, and down regulation are a foundational–but often neglected–part of any CrossFit athlete’s success–especially during the holidays!  Without these essentials our performance suffers and we are more susceptible to fatigue and injury.
