CrossFit Virtuosity Gymnastics Series: Upper Body Strength and Skills

Weights are fun, but do you know enough about just moving your body? Come to our upper body gymnastics seminar! For two hours, Chazz and Kurt will work with you on upper body strength and skills.

We will cover the components of the muscle up, how to scale it, break it down and do more in a row.

This intensive is suitable for CrossFitters of all levels of experience.
