Coming Next Week: Foundations!
Beginning next week (Monday, August 3rd,) we’ll be running our first Foundations class. This class is designed to teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit and get you up to speed for our regular classes — ideal for beginners or anyone who wants to review the basics. Class will meet twice a week on Monday and Thursday nights at 6.30pm, and will run for about an hour.
