Announcing the Great 2010 Goal-a-palooza!
Gear up to start off the 10’s right: set yourself some good old-fashioned fitness goals for the year ahead! Whether it’s running a marathon, squatting 400lbs, or shedding pounds, the Goal-a-palooza is your chance to have us create a training and/or diet program for you that’ll get you where you want to be! We’d love to talk to each and every one of you: discuss your goals, take before pictures (not mandatory, but fun to look at later!) and create a customized training plan.
Speaking of goals…
The 2010 CrossFit Games are right around the corner. Sectionals and Regionals are fast-approaching. Some of you should put these on your goal lists.
CFV needs to be represented.
PS – This year there is a $25,000 cash prize to the top man and top woman.

Sub 18:30 5k. I haven’t run a 5k for time since high school, but I feel pretty good whenever I have run in my vibrams, so I’m going to be ambitious with my goal.
I *think* I’m signed up for the sectionals as well. We’ll see if I get the waitlist treatment…
