We’re pleased to announce the finalists of our New Year's Paleo Challenge!
We will be running a normal class schedule for Presidents Day, Monday February 18th, EXCEPT there will be no 6am class.
We'll be hosting a CrossFit Olympic Lifting Trainer Course May 25 - 26th!
This Monday, 2/11 there will be NO 9am or 12:30pm classes due to a private event taking place in the gym. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All other classes will proceed as usual.
Please note that we will be running all classes as usual EXCEPT 8:30pm tonight (Friday 2/8.) Tomorrow (Saturday) morning classes are ON.

Want to get faster? Brush up on some running skills? Come run with Office Bitches! Michele is holding a weekly running session. Thursday mornings, 6AM, and Saturday mornings at 9:30am at McCarren Park.
6am and 8:30pm classes will be cancelled this Monday, January 21st, for MLK Day. All other classes will proceed as normal.
