On Saturday, August 22nd, all regularly scheduled classes will be cancelled and replaced by one 10am All Levels class that will meet at McCarren Park Track.

It’s more fun to mobilize while you socialize: join us for 90 minutes of good, clean mobility and plenty of time to socialize and loosen up before your night out!

The 2015 CrossFit Games is happening now -- tune in at games.crossfit.com or stop by the gym during the afternoon over the weekend and join us as we relax and take in all the action!

On Sunday, July 26th all classes will be cancelled to accommodate the first annual VIRTUOSITY GAMES. Sign up your team today on the website or at the Level 2 whiteboard, and come kick some butt on Sunday!

On Saturday, August 1st, Olympic Weightlifting will be rescheduled to 7:30-9am to accommodate our Chinese Weightlifting seminar. All other classes will remain unchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

Singapore Weightlifting Federation Coach Wu Chuanfu will be running a Chinese Weighlifting seminar — sign up by July 1st to get the earlybird price!

In the spirit of The 2015 Reebok Crossfit Games taking place in Carson, California at the end of July, the CFV Competition Team will be hosting an in-house fundraising competition for CFV members on Sunday July 26th!
