Maybe you've been indulging your little weakness for frozen beverages. Whatever it is, it's time to get back into the paleo swing of things with our Back To School Paleo Challenge!

Here's your chance to stock your fridge with delicious local grass-fed/pastured meat and free range eggs! We're working with Highpoint Farms to have meat and eggs delivered to the gym every other Thursday evening September 8th – November 17th.

There are a number of bike and trainers that have been hanging around the back of the gym... basically forever. We're doing some summer cleaning: time to pick 'em up!

Registration is now open for the first event of the 2011 CrossFit Subway Series! CrossFit Virtuosity will host a strongman-style event -- bring your best!

The squat, the bench and the deadlift are best lifts for getting strong and getting strong is paramount to your physical fitness. Take this month to focus on learning the basic lifts and their variations as we delve into our powerlifting intensive.

In order to accomodate all you fanatical weekend exercisers, we'll be running an extra class every Saturday morning at 10am beginning this week (7/30!)

Put it on your calendar now: to mark our second anniversary we'll be throwing the party of the summer on Saturday, July 16th! In what is now an anniversary tradition, we will be roasting an entire pig and liberal quantities of alcohol will be on hand. More details to come -- stay tuned!
