How strange is it that the New York Times printed an article on rowing technique. Of course, I’m convinced that the only reason they printed this was because Michelle Guerette says she does swiss ball crunches and a long slow run once a week. Still as the Beijing Olympics approach, I am hopefully that more mainstream media will try to inform us on how to do curls and tricep extensions in order to be a little more like elite athletes. Check out the NYT on swimming and running.
In other news, it is a beautiful day in New York and if you do not take advantage of it, then you are surely missing out.
