Lisbeth Darsh of CrossFit Watertown in Connecticut wrote a nice article entitled “Who Cares If I Looks Stupid?” The point is that those who wish to succeed have to give up something: Fear. The fear of failure or of looking stupid holds most people back from getting where they want to go. In order to progress we have to spend time working on our weaknesses, developing new skills and stepping out of our comfort zone. Unfortunately, most people rarely do that and instead take comfort in playing it safe. Remember there is no success where there is no possibility of failure and no art without resistance of the medium.

3 Skin the Cats
6 PistolSticks* alternating legs
9 Handstand Pushups
* PistolSticks. Lower down into a one-legged squat and roll back into a candlestick then roll forward and stand up on the same foot you lowered down with then switch legs.
