What better way to celebrate Halloween than with a day filled with wicked WODs? And what better place than dark ‘n’ dirty Brooklyn? Bring out your best to CrossFit Virtuosity for the Trick-or-Treat Throwdown! Teams of two men and two women will compete in three brutal events. Prizes will be given to the top finishing team and best team costume! All athletes are welcome to participate — scaling can be accommodated. Costumes strongly suggested! Each team must field a non-competing judge.
