We will be making the following changes to our usual class schedule over Labor Day Weekend.

Saturday, September 5th

All classes are cancelled EXCEPT:

• Level 1 / Level 2 combo class at 11am
• Lifters who need to complete assigned programming may do so quietly on the platforms at the back from 11am-noon

Sunday, September 6th

All classes are cancelled EXCEPT:

• Level 1 / Level 2 combo class at 11am
• Lifters who need to complete assigned programming may do so quietly on the platforms at the back from 11am-noon

Monday, September 7th

All classes are cancelled EXCEPT:

• Special Labor Day Level 1 / Level 2 combo class at 11am
• Lifters who need to complete assigned programming may do so quietly on the platforms at the back from 11am-noon.
